Express shipping: $10 (optional at checkout).

Dispatch speed: Orders ship next business day.

Delivery estimates:
- Standard: 2–8 business days (AU).
- Express: 1–4 business days (AU).
We ship from the Gold Coast, QLD. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges (30 Days)
We want you to love your grooming tools. If there’s an issue, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Start a return: Log in to your account at https://account.rulermensgrooming.com and submit a request.
If your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions. Please don’t send items back without approval.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be:
Unused and in the same condition as received
In the original packaging (including any accessories)
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Hygiene & Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns of used grooming products.
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at support@rulermensgrooming.com with your order number and photos—we’ll make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to swap an item is to submit a return, and once approved, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank/issuer may take additional time).
